    Very creative format and very complete content! I do have a follow-up question for you...you state (correctly) that the horizontal and vertical motion of a projectile are independent of each other. What ties the two motions together?

    There is a connection between the two components. This would be the time (t) because it is constant for both parts of the path, both vertical and horizontal. This is also evident in the equations involving vertical displacement and range.
